How long does delivery take for OTTY mattresses?
Our standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse so you can monitor its progress.
Do you offer a trial period for your products?
Yes, we offer a 100-night trial on all our mattresses. This allows you to test the comfort and support in your own home. If it's not the right fit, we will arrange a collection and full refund.
What kind of warranty comes with an OTTY mattress?
Every OTTY mattress is backed by a 10-year limited warranty that covers structural defects and manufacturing flaws, ensuring your investment is protected for a decade.
Can I use an OTTY mattress on my existing bed frame?
Absolutely. Our mattresses are designed to work on most surfaces, including divans, slatted frames (with gaps no wider than 75mm), and flat platform bases.
How do I clean and maintain my mattress?
Our mattresses features a removable and machine-washable cover. We recommend washing the top part of the cover at 40°C and rotating the mattress every 6 months to maintain even wear.
Do you offer financing or split payment options?
Yes, we partner with leading providers like Klarna and PayPal Credit to offer interest-free installments, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase over several months.
